All attacks are three punches moving forward in a walking stance

Ready stance for the attacker:  Right leg back in walking stance with low section block

Ready stance for the defender:  Parallel ready stance

Defence

Right leg back into walking stance. Perform left inner forearm block.

2 Further blocks back in walking stance


Counter Attack

Right middle reverse punch

Left leg back into L stance.  Perform right inner forearm block.


Continue

2 Further blocks back in L stance


Counter Attack

Move left foot out and forwards.  Move right foot around attackers leg and perform right knife hand strike to carotid artery.

Left leg back into L stance.  Perform right inward forearm block.

Counter Attack

L Stance back fist strike to bridge of nose

Left leg back into L stance.  Perform right inner forearm block.

Counter Attack

Move left leg out into sitting stance.  Perform left fist measure punch (slow), then full speed double punch to floating rib.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left outer forearm block.

Move right foot into sitting stance, at the same time perform left outer forearm block and right punch.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left single knife hand block.

Counter Attack

Move right foot into sitting stance, and at the same time perform left single knife hand block and right inwards knife hand strike.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left forearm block.

Counter Attack

Move right and across to perform middle forearm guarding block with right leg back. Perform right front snap kick with double punch.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left single knife hand block.

Counter Attack

Move right and across to perform middle forearm guarding block with right leg back. Perform right side kick followed by right knife hand strike to the carotid artery.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left inwards palm pushing block

Counter Attack

Step to the left with right foot then left foot performing forearm guarding block.  Then perform right middle turning kick to floating rib.  Then move into vertical stance and perform right knife hand strike to carotid artery.

Right leg back into L stance. Perform left single knife hand block

Counter Attack

Move right and across to perform middle knife hand guarding block with right leg back. Perform right back kick followed by right reverse knife hand strike to the carotid artery.
